Cristian Kaigler is a Syracuse, New York based director, filmmaker, and photographer. He works primarily in the state of New York but is available worldwide.
With a forward thinking mentality and a burning desire to create, Cristian believes in innovation through strategic collaboration. Inspired by the challenge of creating value in a noisy marketplace, his passion for music, sports, art, and film is unparalleled.
Cristian was introduced to the world of photography and film by his father, who is a former photographer and videographer. The art of photography came naturally as Cristian began with 35mm, black and white film photography in 2012, which evolved to digital photography and then film directing -- a seamless progression.
A few of the companies/institutions Cristian has worked with include Revolt TV, Netflix, 300 Entertainment, SMACK/URL TV, Monster, Syracuse University, and more.
In addition to having worked with such companies, Cristian's works have been featured at the Barclays Center, House of Blues, Camp Flog Gnaw, Dodger Stadium, Afropunk, Everson Museum, and more.
"I believe having photography as a foundation, provides me with unique advantages in relation to film because it allows me to visualize and compose scenes that perpetuate my imagination within the film industry. Being rooted in photography enables me to see the world from a different perspective and to create visually interesting works of art." - Cristian Kaigler
